• Payment is non-refundable after 48 hours
• Featured duration starts upon approval
• We reserve right to remove featured status for violations
• No refunds for early removal due to violations

• We own all platform content (design, code, text)
• Our trademarks and logos are protected
• You may not copy or reproduce without permission
• User content remains owned by users

7. Disclaimer

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties. We don't:

• Guarantee group quality or validity
• Control WhatsApp group content
• Guarantee uninterrupted service
• Take responsibility for user interactions

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

• Losses from using the platform
• User-generated content
• Third-party WhatsApp groups
• Service interruptions

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Violate community guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Are inactive for extended periods
